We are looking for a Product Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in product management. This role is perfect for fresh graduates passionate about software products and eager to learn how digital products are built, launched, and improved. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support product strategy, execution, and optimization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in gathering and analyzing user needs, market trends, and competitor insights.
  2. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features and enhancements.
  3. Help in drafting and refining product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track feature implementation.
  5. Support user testing and feedback collection to improve product usability.
  6. Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
  7. Assist in product documentation, FAQs, and training materials for internal and external users.

Requirements:

  • Interest in software products and technology trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and drive decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creative and visual designing skills are a plus but not required.

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Arabic-speaking) for our projects based in KSA. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and requires strong communication & problem-solving skills to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking clients. 
  2. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
